What is this?
This is a public urinal. These only show up at night. It is suposed to be some expiriment by the city of Victoria so that drunk guys dont pee on buildings after the bar when other bathrooms are closed or something.

HOLY CRAP!......wow, victoria already sends its raw sewage out into the ocean infront of the million dollar homes off of clover point....and now public pop up urinals where four (?) people can pee at once on a busy street corner!
